Cilento has everything.
Nobody knows it yet.

We're changing that

A territory that has
never been properly told.

The Cilento is where the Mediterranean diet was born. Where Parmenides taught philosophy in a Greek colony that predates Rome. Where the world's first bio-district was established, and where 400 organic farms still work the same land their ancestors did.

It holds four UNESCO recognitions simultaneously. No other territory on earth does.

Acquasale brings people here who understand what they're looking at. We introduce them to the producers, the archaeologists, the guides, the tables. The people who made this place what it is and have no reason to advertise.

What we open doors to.

Every experience is built around a specific person, place, or practice. Nothing is generic. Nothing is packaged for volume.

01

Archaeological and philosophical journeys

Greek temples built before Rome existed. The ruins of Velia, where Parmenides lived and taught a philosophy that still echoes through Western thought. These sites are not day trips. They are the reason to come.

02

The terroir — the slow food

This is where the Mediterranean diet was born and where it still lives in the hands of the people who make it. The mozzarella, the anchovy, the white fig, the olive oil — foods known everywhere in the world, but nowhere as good as here. The Cilento bio-district was the first in the world. The producers who built it are still here. We introduce you to them.

03

Sacred and rupestrian architecture

Rock-cut churches carved into cliff faces. Baroque monasteries the size of small towns. Heritage so undervisited that most visits feel private.

04

Coastal and wild nature

Undeveloped coastline, sea caves, hidden coves accessible only by water. Rivers cold enough to swim in all summer. A national park where the land is still doing what it was always meant to do.

05

Village and cultural immersion

Towns that the twentieth century left alone. Craftspeople still working. Dialects still spoken. The kind of living culture that most of Italy has already lost.

06

Seasonal and harvest

The vendemmia. The olive harvest. The chestnut season. Cilento runs on a calendar that most of the world no longer follows. We build journeys around it.

This is not a travel agency.

We do not sell packages. We do not list on booking platforms. Every enquiry comes through a conversation, because every trip is different and every person who comes here deserves to know exactly what they are getting into.

If you already know what you love, we will take you further into it than you could have gone alone.

Noted. We will be in touch.
